I was actually expecting the wind chime to be bigger , it’s not bad just started being windy up here atm so I can hear it now

Little disappointed it came with some patterned hangers and I emailed to ask what they are for or how to use them but did no hear back. It did not sound as good as I thought it would

The patterned hangers included with the wind chime are actually there to increase wind resistance. They help catch more breeze and create more movement, which is especially useful if the chime is hanging in a more sheltered or less windy area.
We also aim to be completely transparent with our products, which is why each wind chime product page includes videos showing the actual sound and tone of each model before purchase.
